What the Elder Strawberry is for
The Elder Strawberry is a tier 11 Divine food that costs 700 Qi. Food does not change how far you throw – that is Throw Power – but it decides how lucky the roll is once an animal arrives. I use the Elder Strawberry for Ancient Ruins, which needs about 2,450 – 2,800 Throw Power.
It shares tier 11 with Lava Steak. When the next tier is close, skip same-tier foods and save for it.
At 700 Qi it costs about 5.8x the Lava Steak ($120Qi). Buy it once your throws already reach Ancient Ruins – food bought before you can land there only improves rolls in zones you have already filled.
