Where to catch the Rad Scarecrow
The Rad Scarecrow lives in Nuclear Wasteland (zone 17 of 17), around the middle of the zone. It is number 5 of 8 in the Nuclear Wasteland index. A full-strength throw needs roughly 6,500 – 7,000+ Throw Power to land in Nuclear Wasteland.
