Bat
The commonest Jungle animal – a fruit bat. The first full-power Cheese that crosses the Desert almost always brings a Bat.

Where to catch the Bat
The Bat lives in Jungle (zone 4 of 17), in the front part of the zone. It is number 1 of 7 in the Jungle index. A full-strength throw needs roughly 500 – 720 Throw Power to land in Jungle.
Foods that land here: Bread ($12M), Watermelon ($60M). A higher-tier food pushes the roll toward the rarer end of the Jungle list, so the newest food you own is always the best bait.
Any throw that lands in the front part of the zone can produce it. If you are hunting it for the index, lower your throw strength with the gear icon until the food lands on that spot – distance inside a zone decides which animals can come.
Is it worth keeping?
- A plain Bat earns 3.2x a plain Kangaroo, the best animal from Desert.
- The best plain earner here is the Gorilla ($1.5M/s), 13x this one.
- The first animal in Ocean, the Crab, makes 17x as much – once your throws reach Ocean, replace it.
- Keep it longer only if it rolled a strong mutation or size (see the table below) or you need it for the index.
Bat income by mutation and size
A plain Bat makes $120K/s. Mutations and sizes multiply that number, and the two stack. The table below multiplies the plain income by the multipliers I have measured (Gold ×1.5, Diamond ×3, Emerald ×5, Ruby ×10, Rainbow ×20; Big ×2, Large ≈×4.3, Huge ≈×9, Colossal ≈×18.5, Gigantic ≈×37). Treat the size columns as estimates – real catches land a little above or below. With the 2x Cash gamepass every number doubles.
| Mutation \ Size | Normal×1 | Big×2 | Large×4.3 | Huge×9 | Colossal×18.5 | Gigantic×37 |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Normal×1 | $120K | $240K | $516K | $1.08M | $2.22M | $4.44M |
| Gold×1.5 | $180K | $360K | $774K | $1.62M | $3.33M | $6.66M |
| Diamond×3 | $360K | $720K | $1.55M | $3.24M | $6.66M | $13.3M |
| Emerald×5 | $600K | $1.2M | $2.58M | $5.4M | $11.1M | $22.2M |
| Ruby×10 | $1.2M | $2.4M | $5.16M | $10.8M | $22.2M | $44.4M |
| Rainbow×20 | $2.4M | $4.8M | $10.3M | $21.6M | $44.4M | $88.8M |
Bat catches I've recorded
Real catch cards. Odds are the “1 in …” number the card shows, which already includes the luck of that throw.
